And it issued a statement that said: Mustafa bin Hashem bin Issa Al Darwish – a Saudi national – carried out an armed revolt against the ruler and destabilized security in that country by working with some terrorists to monitor an armed terrorist cell and murder of security guards, rioting and chaos and sectarian riots, the making of bombs with the intention of disrupting security and his attempt to kill security guards with some members of this cell by shooting and wounding security patrols, meeting with them and the wanted men and some participants in the rioting mixed up and the participation with them in the production and use of Molotov cocktails
The security authorities were also able to arrest him and the investigation with him resulted in his being charged with the commission of these crimes and with the referral to the special criminal court, a deed was issued against him to prove what was attributed to him and because what the accused had done was a prohibited act and corruption in the country, he was sentenced to death. As a disciplinary measure, the judgment was upheld by the Court of Appeal for Criminal Matters and the Supreme Court, and a royal enforcement order was issued, which was finally decided and supported by his appeal against the said offender.
The death sentence was carried out as punishment for the perpetrator / Mustafa bin Hashem bin Issa Al Darwish on Tuesday in the city of Dammam in the Eastern Province.
