The Coalition in Support of Legitimacy in Yemen announced on Saturday that it had foiled an attack involving two booby-trapped Houthi militia boats.
The coalition confirmed that “the two booby-trapped boats in Saleef, Hodeidah governorate were destroyed in preparation”.
The coalition pointed out that “the Houthi militias continue to violate the Stockholm Agreement with hostile operations in Hodeidah governorate”.
The coalition stressed “the continuing threat to shipping routes and world trade south of the Red Sea posed by the Houthi militias”.
And on Saturday morning, the coalition revealed the interception and destruction of a booby-trapped Houthi militia drone in Yemeni airspace launched towards Khamis Mushait.
The coalition condemned “the continued targeted targeting of the Houthi militia at civilians and civilian objects”, noting that “operational measures were in place to protect civilians and deal with the immediate threat”.
The coalition announced on Friday evening “the destruction of an enemy air target by the Houthi militia on Saudi Arabia”.
